New England Aquarium

The New England Aquarium is home to thousands of aquatic animals, from the giant Pacific octopus to Northern fur seals to little blue penguins. They offer a wide range of exhibits, including a shark and ray touch tank and the Giant Ocean Tank, a four-story coral reef featuring hundreds of Caribbean animals. In addition, they have an IMAX theatre and run whale watch boat excursions in partnership with Boston Harbor Cruises from April through November.

Visiting the Garden
Online pre-reservations are no longer required for general admission visits, but online pre-reservations are still available for those who would like to purchase tickets in advance of their visit.
Patrons will need to check out the membership card from the library and bring it with them to Tower Hill to receive discounted admission. Each membership card gives half-off admission for two patrons.

To reserve half-priced tickets online in advance of a visit, you will need to use your discount code LIBDI at check out and pick up a physical membership card from the library. The membership card will need to be shown by you upon arrival at the Garden.
