Grades 4-6: Fill out this form to sign up for a monthly loot box containing a personalized library book pick (must be returned), snack, craft, and a couple of goodies! Sign up for every month!

Pick a genre that you're interested in reading and Courtney (Youth Services Librarian) will hand-pick a book for you to try.

Tween Takeout Boxes are available to pick up on the first Monday of every month in the lobby of the Library near the Take and Make craft pickup.

You must have a Sails Library card.

​You can check out one Tween Takeout Box per card.

You have one week to pick up your Tween Takout Box.

Return the library book when you're done, keep everything else!
