It's time to fill out your form for Read and Bead! You have till Mondays at noon to submit your beads for the week. Use the link below:

Pickup will be available Wednesdays-Saturdays each week. The beads will be in baggies marked with Last Name, First initial and taped to the windows in the foyer just inside the front doors.

Any forms submitted after 12:00 on Tuesday (adjusted this week for the holiday) will be held for the following week.

Note: You don't have to submit a form for each week. It's up you to how often you get beads, so feel free to save up your time to get those bigger beads if you want!

15 minutes = color bead

30 minutes = glitter bead

1 hour = metallic bead

2 hours = glow-in-the-dark bead

3 hours = gem bead

4 hours = shape bead (animal, sports, stars)
