Come join educator and yoga instructor Shari Engelbourg , and author and clinical psychologist Beth Kurland , in this workshop that is sure to leave you feeling more peaceful within. Through meditation, gentle yoga and movement, guided imagery and reflection you will not only feel renewed but will learn ways to carry this feeling with you through the winter season and beyond. .
