Fill out this form to sign up for a monthly themed boot loot box containing a personalized library book pick (must be returned), snack, craft, and a couple of goodies! Sign up for every month!

Lit Fix Loot Boxes are available to pick up on the first Monday of every month starting in October 2020 in the lobby of the Library near the Take and Make craft pickup. (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan)

You must have a Library card.

You have one week to pick up your Lit Fix Loot Box.

Return the library book when you're done, keep everything else!
