The Norfolk Public Library and the Council on Aging are teaming up on another exciting program called Books and Bites this Fall! Join us at the Norfolk Council on Aging (28 Medway Branch) on Tuesday, September 10 at 5:30pm for a book discussion on The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri.
Afterwards, join us for a cooking demo with Sandhya Jain at 6:30pm where you will learn how to recreate authentic Indian flavors! In this 1.5 hour demo lesson, Sandhya will cook three Indian dishes using simple spices that are easily available in your grocery store. Hear about the health benefits of these spices as you sample these creations!
