Artist Raissa Figueroa, brings Kelly diPuccio’s story about a curious mermaid to life with gorgeous underwater illustrations. Raissa lives and works in San Diego, California where she loves walking the beaches in search of treasures of her own. She’s also the illustrator of WE WAIT FOR THE SUN, written by Katie McCabe and Dovey Johnson Roundtree.
